In this role you support the First Line Support when they miss knowledge/ tooling to solve consumer issues. You also investigate, analyse and report complex issues that need a Software, Hardware or Process solution. You are able to recognize and address these problems to multiple development teams and take ownership getting them to solve the problems.
A fast learner who thrives in challenging environments and has a creative yet pragmatic approach to problem solving. You are a team player with excellent communications skills, who is curious by nature and takes ownership at work.
You can work structured in a complex and fast-changing environment.
Strong coordination skills and able to multitask.
